Secret Key Change without restarting ARSOBJD

JPMC has a requirement to change their Storage Set Secret Key every 12 hours. The new Key is not picked up until ARSOBJD is recycled. JPMC says they cannot restart their systems every time a secret key is changed.

Limit usage of cmwebsvc (SOAP+REST)

All Editors have their own training Space. When an editor is leaving the organisation, the BWL admins move that particular user's training space to archive. Currently we have close to 1900 training spaces in archive.
