Extend /scr/api/ManageGroup to list tags associated with User Groups

User Groups support tagging, and the ManageGroups API help says that it "extracts details about a specific group." but it does not include tags associated with the User Group. Please extend the Get method on ManageGroups to include tags.

An option should be made available in the BWL to extract the "Where Use" data of a Glossary value. Example: for Critical System: report to provide details on all the blueprints/ workspace that have it captured in summary and in details.
