Provide BWL API capability to support the export of Metadata that would be used to link BWL Process Diagrams to associated BWL Process Applications

Description: Provide BWL API capability to support the export of Metadata that would be used to link BWL Process Diagrams to associated BWL Process Applications. This Metadata would be included as part of an export that can be fed into another system to allow for the search and review of the linked export files e.g. files for each BWL model BPMN export and associated BWL Workflow Process export given supported formats.

Use Case: The specific use case would be exporting all related data for a BWL process model and an associated BWL workflow approval process, which in turn will be imported into another system called IBM Content Manager OnDemand for archival and compliance purposes to support audit, legal and retention management requirements. The new metadata that will link the exported files would be used to search for and review the associated files imported into IBM Content Manager OnDemand as needed, which is the Charles Schwab corporate enterprise system of record for any content that is managed within the organization. In this case, the content would be the BWL model and process exported files that are linked together using the BWL Metadata.

Business Impact: The Business Impact is critical in terms of compliance requirements that need to be met by December 31, 2023 to support and comply with potential audits and litigations and avoid any unnecessary costs to the business.

Specific Desired Timeline: This requirement needs to be production ready for the business by October 31, 2023, where Charles Schwab needs the enhancement request by October 31, 2023 to give them enough time to build and test the solution to meet the business timeline.
