PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

References pane should be the same as any other panel

Currently, the Reference panel is not like "All" panel, "Processes" panel or any other artifact panel. There is no right click menu or triangle arrow pointing to right like there is on all other panels.
