In workplace, you can query processes in various states through "customized view", but this function is not available in "team". Customers need to view the completed process through the "team".

Annotation Auto save feature while processing the case or closing the case

In Daeja setting we can specify Annotation auto save and this is working fine in ICN and Stand alone Daeja, but it doesnt work in ICM or BAW. PMR was raised and we were requested to submit enhancement request.
