Show ICN Pluigin Names. Plugin IDs and Version information on the Ping page

Currently to gather this information you need to look in multiple places Plugin Name (Display) from the plugins page Internal names from the Ping page Plugin ID's are only available by turning on Debug and restarting ICN to capture it.

While using NIMO, we are unable to use Entry Templates to default the folder class. This severely limits functionality as we are unable to run custom business logic on custom folder classes (extended from the base Folder class).
