  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Ability to download KB in a command

We have the ability to upload a knowledgebase with a single command, but we don't have the ability to download a knowledgebase with a single command.
