PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

Support for Servlet 3.1 on WebSphere 8.5.5

With structural libraries, such as SpringFramework evolving and in some cases have to be upgraded when facing vulnerabilities, WebSphere 8.5.5 is not supporting Servlet 3.1, which is compromising these updates on J2EE applications

Upgrade BAW \ WAS to run Java 11

Please upgrade BAW to use a newer version of Java. Java 1.8 is very old and does not integrate with Datadog APM \ tracing. Java 1.8 is also very inefficient compared to 1.11. Newer versions of Java would help improve our services to our customers.
