PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

    Moving Text on Gateways, Events and Links

    I would like the flexibility to move the external test for gateway, events or links to align with top, bottom, left or right of the item. Currently, the text appears below the item and cannot be moved.
