PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

Option to display/export Queue in IBM control center

In the Control Center. I would like to have a option to display/export the data added to the Queue(like in UiPath tool) . Right now I don't have any option to even see the data in the control center.

Annotation Auto save feature while processing the case or closing the case

In Daeja setting we can specify Annotation auto save and this is working fine in ICN and Stand alone Daeja, but it doesnt work in ICM or BAW. PMR was raised and we were requested to submit enhancement request.
