Merged idea

This idea has been merged into another idea. To comment or vote on this idea, please visit WDGRPA-I-275 Show display name of resources instead of only IDs in Audit Log.

Improvements in the audit logs Merged

Scenario 1 - Image1: Creating a role in the non-productive environment (BR2). Created role "TESTE_FUNCAO".

At the moment the role is created, we need in the LOG the reference of the name used at the moment of creation.

The "Target" that would be the role ID is also not displayed, not allowing to make a correlation between the LOG and the creation of the role.

It is not informed which permissions were selected when the role was created.

Scenario 2 - Image 2: Editing a role in the non-productive environment (BR2). Edited role "TESTE_FUNCAO".

The name of the role that was edited is not displayed in the LOG.

We need to relate the "Target" data to the role.

We need to list the changes made to the role (adding or removing items).

Note: The examples above use the item "role" but can be used for the items "user", "team" and other points that change records in the IBM RPA application.

Describe in the LOG what type of change is being made, for example: the action "update" does not say what type of update was made. If it's update, addition, withdrawal, name change..
