Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

Show display name of resources instead of only IDs in Audit Log

Scenario 1: Creating a role in the non-productive environment (BR2). Created role "TESTE_FUNCAO".

Screenshot_1_-_Creat.png

At the moment the role is created, we would like to see in the LOG the reference of the name used at the moment of creation.
The "Target" that would be the role ID is also not displayed, not allowing to make a correlation between the LOG and the creation of the role.

Inform which permissions were selected when the role was created.

Scenario 2: Editing a role in the non-productive environment (BR2). Edited role "TESTE_FUNCAO".

Screenshot_2_-_Edit.png

The name of the role that was edited is not displayed in the LOG.

It is not possible to relate the "Target" data to the role.

It is not possible to list the changes made to the role (adding or removing items).

Note: The examples above use the item "role" but can be used for the items "user", "team" and other points that change records in the IBM RPA application.
