LLM & Embedded Models should be in Alignment with Redhat OpenShift AI Catalogue

We are working with one of our enterprise clients in Australia & New Zealand on deploying self managed FileNet Content Assistant on-prem, connecting to OpenShift AI via watsonx.ai model gateway, we have to stick to this architecture for the time being and cortex is in the bank's roadmap, however regardless we are using open weight LLMs and embedded models hosted on OpenShift AI and this is the real value to the customer against cloud hosted inferencing to control their cost and also maintain 100% data sovereignty and compliance, it was expected that FCA would support key models available in Red hat catalogue and the customer want to use such as gemma4 and gemma embedded but FCA doesn't support it today, on the other hand the listed supported models by FCA is not available in Red hat catalogue which is a big concern the customer raised, so please look into this and I have talked to the dev manager Joe for more context and details and we appreciate having this kind of support in the near future, we will check with the team in 6 weeks to see what is the roadmap up and when it will be available, and for context, this is the first use case the client is also considering datacap for cataegorisation and BAW AI assistant. The customer contact is included in this request.

Thank you.
