PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

When using the API to export Dashboards, the API should first apply any saved filters to the output exported to the .csv file.

Currently when exporting the dashboard no saved filters are applied, which results in having to manually apply them to the .csv file produced using another tool.

Possibility to configure own S3 storage
