PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

    Option to change date format to English(UK)

    The language English(United States) show date as MM-DD-YYYY. Customer request is that he would like the option to have ENGLISH (UK) language so dates are DD-MM-YYYY.
