Display date property with date format only, no need hour/minutes/second

There are some properties have only date nature (yyyy/mm/dd), no need HH/MM/SS, but in CMS, it displays all datetime properties with “mm/dd/yyyy, HH:MM AM/PM”, such as "1/25/2022, 12:00 AM"
