License controller in the Tenant portal Merged

All users will have benefits. The idea is that in the "Computers" section of the "Tenent" portal, display which license is assigned to the computer (if it is a studio or if it is a runtime), and through "Tenent" it is possible to unlink the license. Because recently we had a problem on our runtime server (problem with the operating system) where it was no longer possible to have access to the server, and the only runtime license we have, was stuck on this server, we were forced to open a support request, for the support uncouple the license from the old server, which made us spend around 15 hours without running our robots
