Add "Move" from IER Search Results to move the records to a location

Probably the easiest way to make this work for most customers would be to support the feature ONLY when multi-filing is disabled on the FPOS.

1. When displaying search results, check to see if multi-filing is enabled for that FPOS
 a) If it is disabled, then enable the MOVE action on the search result list
 b) If the user initiates the action on a multi-selection, check the current filed-in folder for each selected record and if they are not all the same, display a warning message to the user "You are about to Move records that are filed in different folders. Would you like to proceed?" Allow them to cancel. If they all happen to be filed in the same container, then don't bother displaying that warning panel.
 c) Display the panel that allows the user to provide the Reason for Move and allows them to select the new destination container. If the user has initiated the action on a multi-selection, check the current filed-in folder for each selected record and if they are not all the same, include a message in the panel that says "Warning: You are about to Move records that are currently filed in different containers." Allow them to cancel.
 d) Complete the Move operation for all selected records.
