Simulation job parameter to show the date in the format set on DC locale - currently only showing date format in US

Users need to be able to set the locale for the dates used in the JobParameter. As See below extract from Sample

We have tried locale="EN" and also locale="en-GB" but we still see the dates in US format not GB format .

    Have you made it easier for the business users of this product, when dates don't follow users locale? 

    Scope of this issue with US dates is proliferated across the decision center - business console 

    - Authoring or querying any dates in a business rule (BAL)  

    - Exploring business rules when any date properties of the rule i.e. last changed on, created on etc.

    - Simulation Configurations when they include date Job Parameter
