Coach View previews in the Process Designer should resolve variables

The web Process Designer incorporates preview files to improve the WYSIWYG view of the Coach layout. However, placing a coach view in a wrapper complicates the ability of the preview to work correctly. If a configuration option is promoted to the wrapper then a copy of the preview handler files of the base control can be used so that the wrapped control responds to configuration changes made in the designer. If a configuration option is set within the wrapper and not promoted, then its setting can show in the preview as long as the configuration option is NOT promoted to a variable in the wrapper and the preview helper files are left out of the wrapper. This is workable if a coach view is being wrapped for an all-or-none use (that is a change in behavior added by wrapper or a statically configured control to speed up reusability) but it fails when a coach view should be partially configured or a composite coach view is created that can't benefit from a single helper file set.

The limitations in the WYSIWYG preview could be mitigated if the Web Process Designer interpreted promoted variables.
