IBM BPM Teams Enhancement

IBM BPM 'Teams' cannot be shared easily across multiple process applications unlike groups (which got deprecated ~IBM BPM v8.0 timeline.

These Teams unlike groups , are tied to snapshots and have unique db record for each snapshot they are belong to, and members (groups,users) can be managed from process admin -> installed apps.

When these teams are shared as toolkits across multiple process apps, they create a lot of product DB records and they increase exponentially (in millions) as toolkit and process snapshots and dependencies increases and they are not easy to cleanup.

we need a better way to create , manage ( api, dashboard) many shared teams global for multiple process apps without creating so many db records and causing performance degradation.
