Limit the size of BPM error objects for SOAP faults

When web service calls are made by BPM applications, the service providers may reply by passing back SOAP faults to indicate error conditions. These SOAP faults are transformed by BPM into tw.systems.error objects which thereby carry the information useful for analysing the error conditions. Typically, error handling logic is executed based on the error objects to react appropriately in these situations. In addition, parts of the error object are logged for further analysis. It was noticed the error objects get extremely large in these situations. This results in high consumption of heap space and, in some situations, leads to JVM crashes and application downtimes. In order to avoid these situations, the size of BPM error objects created from SOAP faults have to be reduced and limited.
