Possibility of starting JVM when ROS mode is enabled on Primary BAW host

Customer wanted to enable Read Only Stand By (ROS) mode on DR server and start the JVM. However, when they enabled the ROS mode and starting JVM was not successfully. They wanted this type of enhancement to use when they migrate from Db2 to Oracle Database. As per the IBM official Documentation (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/baw/24.0.x?topic=software-considerations-hadr-setup-configuration), starting JVM while ROS mode was enabled, BAW doesn't work as Read Write access is required to validate a DB schema. Customer wanted to know if it is possible to start JVM while ROS mode is enabled on primary host.
