To Have a BPM REST API that gets the environment variables from a Toolkit

2. Feature Design of Get REST API https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/cloud-paks/cp-biz-automation/25.0.0?topic=variables-get to get the environment variable from a Toolkit using the following Get request:

GET /rest/bpm/wle/v1/system/env/variable?processAppAcronym={string}&name={string}

Regarding the feature itself, we have concerns about the current design. There is ambiguity regarding which application an environment variable is pulled from with this approach. In our specific case, this is not an issue because we use "SystemEnviroment" (which shares the same value across all ProcessApps), but it could be problematic for other scenarios or customers.

Our goal is to achieve results similar to those provided by OPS BPM REST Services, which would allow for a more reliable transition to this functionality.
