Active Active Usage of FileNet Workflows across different OCP Cluster during the Workflow Transfer, Region Initialisation etc

The customer TTB is implementing CP4BA FileNet Environment in Active Active PROD Setup across two OCP cluster in different Data Center. Currently its noted that they can run active/active for Process Engine tasks during runtime operations like start workflow, complete a step, etc. However Active/active is not supported for PE operations where PE instances reside in different networks where inter communication cannot be reached like workflow transfer, region initialisation, to open PCC app to configure the workflow etc.

If we can make Active Active PE supported for all operations, It will benefit all those customer who want to use Active Active CB4BA cluster across different OCP Cluster. Customer will not need to bring down one site in order to deploy/transfer new workflow.
