Automate the cleanup of the console and messages logs created under the podname directories

Logs are created in /opt/ibm/wlp/usr/servers/defaultServer/logs for each pod.  As pods are shutdown and restarted during kubernetes maintenance or other work, additional log directories are created, leaving the old directories in place.   This requires manual cleanup of the logs to prevent the space in the pvc from filling.  If the log space does fill completely, then new pods will not start.   Providing a method to cleanup these old directories that are no longer used would eliminate this manual cleanup and make the CPE, GraphQL, Navigator, and other WAS liberty containers self maintaining and reduce support time and costs associated with the monitoring and cleanup of this log space.   These logs could be removed by determining what pods are running and removing any log directories that are not currently running or through a process to determine the age of the underlying console and/or messages logs to cleanup these directories after these log files are older than a specified number of days.
