CPE\CSS unable to index MS Word documents that have sensitivity labeling of "Highy confidential". Also, Daeja Viewer cannot open them.

CURRENT FUNCTIONALITY:

Customer has added several MS word .docx files to their FileNet CPE repository that have a sensitivity labeling of "Highly confidential".

That means that only members of the customer's organization can open these files. See the attached video for details.

As a result, it would not be possible for either the Daeja viewer or the Oracle OutsideIn SW (which is used to extract the text needed to add to the CSS index) to open these files either.

REQUESTED FUNCTIONALITY:

For Daeja, a feature was added some time ago to allow password protected PDF files to be opened in the viewer. when a user tries to open the doc in the viewer, they are presented with a prompt for the password. Customer is asking if something similar could be possible for these "Highly confidential" labelled documents?

Not sure how it could be possible for OutSideIn to be able to open these files to extract the content however.

The customer uses MS Purview to label the documents.
