Remove auto fill metadata's from AI generated Blueprints

With the recent enhancement, AI can generate Blueprints from images and text. However, during blueprint generation, the AI is automatically populating activity-level metadata such as Cycle Time, Cost, Risk, and other attributes. These are sensitive business details and should not be populated automatically without business validation and approval.

Once a blueprint is generated, removing these values from each individual activity is a time-consuming and manual effort.

As a result, we do not wish to use this feature within our bank. We understand that there is an AI Guidelines option available and would like to request an enhancement to either:

  • Completely disable the automatic population of metadata fields (such as Cycle Time, Cost, Risk, etc.) during AI-generated blueprint creation within our Blueworks Live spaces, or

  • Provide a configurable setting within AI Guidelines to prevent these fields from being auto-filled.

Our requirement is to ensure that sensitive activity metadata is entered only after business review and not generated automatically by AI.

    Hi Kavitha, many thanks for raising this idea, we agree that a clearer control mechanism should be implemented I will promote this to a work item for our roadmap.
