Customizable Export Word Template

A customizable Word template within Blueworks Live would provide significant value, as each project or process document may require adjustments to meet stakeholder expectations. If the template were modifiable, users could incorporate additional elements—such as a title page, an approval page (when applicable), and an introductory overview. These additions would improve stakeholder comprehension by presenting high-level context and approval requirements upfront, before moving into the detailed business process content. This flexibility would ensure that documents are not only consistent but also tailored to effectively communicate essential information.

    Hi Alia, thanks for this suggestion. The challenge we have is that the Word export feature is designed to deliver only BWL information. We could consider additional formating options, or the ability to 'hide' certain outputs, but due to the extensive customer use globally of the product, creating customization options for more esoteric ( client centric ) requests such as approval pages etc isnt possible, as we couldnt possibly anticipate what different customers would want. I appreciate that adding addional pages to the word doc is manual effort, but we dont see a way of providing this capability today.
