The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notifications on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas that cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

Improved email notifications. When launching "Work" through a process app, the notifications only work when a user has opted in to receive daily updates. If they have enabled these notifications it only notifies them if a task is upcoming or past due (and no notifications are provided if a due date is not submitted for the task).
I would like to be able to add standardized email templates to process apps to provide notifications to users who have upcoming/outstanding tasks which are governed by my process app and cannot be overridden by users personal settings.
Functionality very similar to this was described in your "help" section but I was informed that this feature is not available yet and that the knowledge article will be updated.
Currently, users can simply turn off their notifications therefore they end up being unaware that they have outstanding tasks. Also, if the person who launches a process app doesn't put a due date in, no users will receive notification of their upcoming or past due tasks.
For our governance process we would like to have notifications inform users who has tasks the following information.
1) Name of task they must complete
2) Time remaining before due date
3) Customizable language around what next steps will be taken if they fail to complete their task.
