Divide attachment

Hi team,
When I map process on IBM BW, I need to upload and review some documents at Attachment tab on IBM BW.
However, there are many files, it makes me crazy when I look for some files there.
So I suggest that I can sort as name and type of file or create category name to divide kind of type of attachment (the same Post)
Many thanks

    Dear Developer,
My team upload many files for not only my team or Admin role. There are many people need to use them.
So when process has many template, confirmation email and related documents, it is very difficult to sort and find them.

    Kindly help to customize system.
    Many thanks

Thanks for your request! We currently have no plans to provide sorting functionality for file attachments on the attachment tab of Activities. We have never heard of anybody attaching so many files to an activity that they would need to be able to sort them. Can you share some more info about how many files you typically attach to a process activity, and what these files are so that we could better understand your use case?
Account Admins have the ability to sort and view file attachments in a variety of different ways on the File Management tab of the Admin console because they need to periodically clean up old and unused files from their accounts.
