Any update on this RFE.
We plan to enable the customization of pdf footers (like you can do today with the Word export) but don't have a date planned for that yet. We will add .ppt to the list as well. This will enable you to ensure that the internal/confidential classification is supported. After that we will consider further customization of footers (possibly using tags), but we probably won't get to that for some time.

The Key requirement we have is the record classification (Internal / confidential) which is mandatory for all documents as per Records Management Policy , with out which it may be a failure / observation. Also since Process / procedure Documents are considered as High Risk Records , we are updating few more tags like level, business area , project name which are also mandatory in all kind of exports as the same being circulated to the wider business area and we can't have any exception in leaving these details in any kind of export. Hence it would be great if we have the tag option available in all kind of exports we generate from BWL.

Could you perhaps provide some examples of what tags you would like to include in a pdf export so we can better understand the requirement?

How ever, this option (customise footer) is available only for word export. We want the footer to be available for all type of exports. As this info is mandatory for all documents, it is essential to capture the same in all kind of exports.
