Process Time Issue

Hi Team

To preform high level analysis on each Blueworks Live process, we really heavily on the Microsoft excel exports of process data exported via the 'Microsoft Excel Process Data (.xls) V2.0' export feature.

We have encountered an issue with the exported minute time. When we assign 1 Day of work to an activity, this is exported as 1440 minutes, which is equal to 24hrs. This would work perfectly if people worked 24hrs a day, but we only work 7.45hrs a day. Thus, the minutes exported are incorrect.

Is there a feature in the admin portal that allows us to manually assign business specific time requirements, such as:
- 1 day = 7.45hrs or even if we could assign the minutes (1 Day = 447 minutes), thus assigning an accurate working day time.
- 1 week = 5 days (or minutes 5days x 7.45hrs x 60min = 2235min). ( I haven't check is BWL exports 1 week as 7 days x 24hrs x 60 = 10,080min)
- 1 month = this may need to be an optional feature due to the differing length of months.

I have seen this feature available in other process mapping tools, like Promapp.

Do you offer a feature where we can manually assign number of working hours/ minutes to a working day?

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for your request, Kesley! We don't currently support customer-defined time defaults as you've described here but we think it is a good idea and we will tackle it at some point in the future.
In the meantime, you may need to create excel macros to transform the exported minute time in the excel output to meet your needs.
