Customize User Invitation Wording

Need to be able to customize the Blueworks Live user invitation wording. The current message states that you should log in with your email address. We use SSO, so the user actually needs to log in with their “US Domain ID & password”, which are internal user IDs. We'd also rather provide them with a direct URL to the SSO/JIT webpage for the account instead of the www.blueworkslive.com link – which is no longer correct either.

    Thanks for your request, Jeff! We agree that customizable invitations would be great and have them on the roadmap.....at this point we don't have a plan for when we might deliver them. However, I think that in the short term we are going to go ahead and improve the text and links on the message for SSO accounts. We'll reach out to let you know when we tackle that improvement.

    As SSO users, as well, we agree with the need for this enhancement.
    We see users "going the long way around" to login via SSO (following the link sent by IBM, getting redirected, logging in, then saving the (incorrect) URL appearing on their browser.)
    Sadly, not all users are savvy with browsers and have to be trained on how to update the URL field of a favorite.
