Admin Feature - Quicker Access Administration

Admin must go through many screens to add users to various spaces or groups. Often users want mirrored access to their co-workers as well. This requires a call back to the user and their coworker or for Admin to comb the db to determine where their coworker has access and then to add the new user accordingly.

    Reposting as my previous comment does not seem to be populating.

    Yes we use all available tool features and I still need to make this request, in addition to the report request 71539.

    Neither the group or inheritance option addresses the issue in a full measure and come with additional concerns.

    There are a couple of options for simplifying the administration of space-level permissions in Blueworks Live that you may find helpful.....1) There is a checkbox on the Users tab of a subspace that basically lets you inherit the same permission structure that the parent space has ("Inherit the same list as the parent space XYZ"), 2) By setting up a user group that consists of users that you want to have similar space permissions, you can simply add the user group to the spaces you want them to have access to.....rather than having to add all of the individual users. Have you tried either of these approaches?
