Content Platform Engine Storage Area Metric Count Anomalies Correction Script

During ingestion and deletions we often see miscounts in the storage area metrics, leading to for instance negative counts in a storage area if swept content from an area to another area (change of device type, migration to object storage). We have also seen issues with disposition deletes leaving counts wrong at storage area level. Suggest there be a simple summarization either sub system task or manual request which queries doc version information for size and count of files related to a specific storage area.

    Would be very nice to be able to rely on the storage are metrics instead of need to create our own reporting. We see the same oddities in our environment.
