Implement a Custom NFS / PVC Mount (/ecmconfig) - for cpe-deploy and navigator deploy configuration files

As we move to CP4BA, our Team needs to deploy ICN plugin and Code Module Configuration files in CP4BA Navigator and CPE Deploy pods. The purpose of this request is to attain support for WestPac to create a Custom PVC / NFS share (/ecmconfig) for such configuration files - as opposed to using the default ICN plugin and CPE config stores available in the Navigator and CPE pods. In our traditional FileNet P8 environment the code base refers to sub-directories under the NFS Share - /ecmconfig. As we are migrating to CP4BA there are 50+ applications that will need to be remediated to point to the default ICN Plugin and CPE config paths in CP4BA. Support for this Idea would facilitate a smooth transition to CP4BA.
