Reduce or accelerate the reconciliation cycle for implementing changes in CP4BA

Detailed Description:

Currently, in Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA), whenever changes are made to component configurations, it is necessary to wait for the reconciliation cycle to run automatically for the adjustments to take effect.

This process can take several minutes or even hours, resulting in:

- Delays in administration and support activities.

- Longer time to validate configurations or corrections.

- Difficulty in performing agile troubleshooting.

- Impact on maintenance windows when multiple iterations are required.

In production environments, where any adjustment must be executed within restricted maintenance windows, this delay critically affects the business, forcing the extension of these windows or causing prolonged service unavailability.

Proposed Improvement:

I request the addition of a feature that allows:

1. Manually triggering the reconciliation cycle from the console or via CLI.

2. Accelerate or reduce the reconciliation interval using a configurable parameter.

3. Provide visibility into the reconciliation status and the operator's progress throughout the process.

4. Enable a "fast reconcile" mode for non-production environments where rapid adjustments and multiple iterations are required.

5. Provide clear, concise, and accurate documentation with examples of the procedure.
