Authorise create a branch in DC that would reuse the existing branch of a dependent projects when creating new branch.

When DC creates a branch at the decision service level it needs to be created in every dependent project.
If the branch already exists DC will prevent the creation.
With the edit dependencies we manually change the local maintenance branch, referencing to the existing maintenance branch for the other project.

It would be really a good idea to be able to create a branch that would reuse the existing branch of a dependent projects when creating new branch.

The ability to tie a new branch to the same branch as the dependencies as the parent branch is necessary functionality. This is functionality that is available with Classic Rule Projects and our entire branching strategy is based upon this capability. Creating branches every time a Decision Service is created is a real problem for maintenance of dependencies in Business Console.

We started the work by allowing to propagate existing dependencies but this is not enough because we continue to create the new branch in all the dependencies.

We need to add another option that does not try to create a branch in a subproject if it already exists with the same name.

Ideally we would have an enhanced UI for the create branch that would display the dependency tree as it would be generated based on the option selected and explain for example why you can't create a branch if the branch already exists in
