MySql8 should be supported by ODM

There is a customer in medical and health industry. They are using ODM8.8 product to build a clinical decision support system. Now the customer are complaining MySql8 is not supported by ODM8.8, even though MySql5.7 is OK. IBM's official website's statement also approves that only Mysql5.7 and future fix packs are supported, not include Future Versions, Releases. However, customers in medical industry often need to upgrade the minor version to Mysql8 due to security compliance requirements, so MySql8 should be supported by ODM8.8 and higher release, which is of great commercial value.

    I updated the title to remove the mention to "ODM 8.8 and higher versions": ODM 8.8 is already out of support and soon ODM 8.9 will be also reaching End of Support.

    We usually consider adding new versions of supported platforms to the current version of ODM, so currently to ODM 8.11.
