Need an option to hard delete a rule

Today when we delete a rule, it is a soft delete. It is marked as deleted and goes to recycle bin, which is fine. But there is no option If we want to delete a rule completly out of my system (remove fully from DB) at project level. We are looking for such hard delete option.
Also provide an option to hard delete a specific version of a rule.

    This is exactly the situation we are facing with the same root cause. At the extreme end anywhere close to thousand business rules may be deployed across multiple business domains (data sources). Our users also use DVS simulation and have a need to hold on to the simulations and the results of historic simulation.

    The current issue is a significant user experience issue for the business uses where they are unable to access the recycle bin. The business have just deleted close to 4000 profiles which they do not want to recover (but permanently). Previously to get rid of recycled profiles we have archived the database/schema to move to a new schema using the archival script which works but we have a few issues with this process

    - With the number of business rules and iteration into recycle bin using the archival process is not always practical given the IT and change management overheads of creation of schema's, new data sources, configurations, endpoint configuration of SSO etc.

    - Loss of simulation results as DVS simulations are lost when with the archival process.

    - More efficient and low touch process that is not as involved as an archival.

    Is there a smarter way to manage the recycle bin and purge permanently one or all of the business rules associated with the recycle bin baseline?
