Secret Key Change without restarting ARSOBJD

JPMC has a requirement to change their Storage Set Secret Key every 12 hours. The new Key is not picked up until ARSOBJD is recycled. JPMC says they cannot restart their systems every time a secret key is changed.

Limit usage of cmwebsvc (SOAP+REST)

End users should only be able to access CM via Content Navigator. They should not be able to use cmwebsvc to interact with the library server. We need a way to restrict usage of cmwebsvc to specific user, groups, etc.

Description popup for Participant

Just like popups all over BwL, it would be nice to have a popup with the description for Participant when viewing Process Diagram/Map/etc. This would be helpful when it's necessary to abbreviate Participant names (like System as a Participant).
