In Process Admin console, I (tw_authors) want to have the ability to edit runtime properties (env vars) of projects deployed by tw_admins offline if they are created by me as owner or collaborator.

Upgrade BAW \ WAS to run Java 11

Please upgrade BAW to use a newer version of Java. Java 1.8 is very old and does not integrate with Datadog APM \ tracing. Java 1.8 is also very inefficient compared to 1.11. Newer versions of Java would help improve our services to our customers.
