Customizing technical terms

Some technical terms used in PM tool are not so common in the finance industry (counts for English as well as German). It would be great to be able to re-define technical terms (e.g. as an enhanced translation function).

provide more KPI thresholds

For now you can set 3 levels for KPI thresholds and these are coloured red-yellow-green. It would helpful if we were able to define and configure more levels and the colours used for display.

Alphabetization in ONLY SOME of the dropdown lists, which can have a huge list of variables

Some filters go by execution but with a long and vast list of process steps or attributes it makes it impossible to type ahead and search for specific action. Also when editing a filter the type ahead is disabled

I see the TM events are ordered by frequency. Customer sees as logical to be able to to sort them by timestamp to by able to classify/tag the occurred events as they appeared during TM recording.
