Datacap

    For each fix pack or new version of Datacap, backup, save, all configurations and registry tunes and reapply as the last install step.

    Customers constantly have to waste time and resources checking and resetting the previous settings and registry tunes in Datacap after every patch or new DC version.

    Sorting Document classes in Datacap Desktop Batch view

    List of document classes in Datacap Desktop Batch view are not sorted in alphabetical order. There is no configuration or settings available to do this in existing Datacap Desktop environment.

    DataCap on Prem should work with wx.ai on prem.

    at the moment, Datacap is only supporting the cloud IAM to authenticate with wx.ai. since the IAM on prem in wx.ai works different, the request would be to allow for authenticating against on prem as well
