Configurable option for Datacap Application Deployment Tool (DCDexployment.exe) to stop the Taskmaster during deployment

As per below documentation, End-to-end remote deployment on Datacap Taskmaster Server, Rulerunner, and Datacap Web Services web servers includes starting and stopping the servers.
 https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/datacap/9.1.9?topic=administering-datacap-application-deployment-tool
Customer wanted to choose whether they want to stop (or not) the services (specifically Taskmaster service) involved in the deployment.
For example, in the deployment command line, having such as :
\DCDeployment.exe -config “config_file_path" -deploy -appMode new –copyMode all - clearMode batches -stopServices false

Please note, end-to-end remote deployment on Datacap Taskmaster Server, Rulerunner, and Datacap Web Services web servers requires starting and stopping the servers to allow the overwriting of existing system files, which could cause unexpected behavior if the system is actively processing data during the process.
