PINNED Filter UI enables having OR between filters (not just AND)
Users want to filter cases for client1 OR client2. They can't without creating a custom filter with javascript -- which they don't like at all

Ability to convert a Subprocess in to normal activities (part of the main diagram)

We have raised a request to Create sub processes by multi-selecting items shown in the process diagram, also vice versa , which is , convert a sub process in to normal activities ( which will become the part of the main diagram).

Upgrade BAW \ WAS to run Java 11

Please upgrade BAW to use a newer version of Java. Java 1.8 is very old and does not integrate with Datadog APM \ tracing. Java 1.8 is also very inefficient compared to 1.11. Newer versions of Java would help improve our services to our customers.
