Japanese support for Automation Document Processing (ADP)

Automation Document Processing (ADP) is new capture solution on Cloud Pak for Business Automation. Its AI-OCR capability could be very competitive in Japanese market, but it does not support Japanese yet.

Allow ADP use a GitHub Repo classified as "Internal" for it's repositoroes.

Our organization doesn't allow "Public" GitHub Repo's and currently, per support ADP only supports connecting to a "Public" repo during initial configuration.

If training fails due to any document in error, error information should be provided back to the user

The desired behavior for the training model is that if it finds that it cannot process all the data it is given, it should report a failure back to the user and allow the user to correct the issue. In such situation however we found that while the...
