The IBM team may need your help to refine the ideas so they may ask for more information or feedback. The offering manager team will then decide if they can begin working on your idea. If they can start during the next development cycle, they will put the idea on the priority list. Each team at IBM works on a different schedule, where some ideas can be implemented right away, others may be placed on a different schedule.
Receive notifications on the decision
Some ideas can be implemented at IBM, while others may not fit within the development plans for the product. In either case, the team will let you know as soon as possible. In some cases, we may be able to find alternatives for ideas that cannot be implemented in a reasonable time.

The Dashboard feature of IBM RPA does not have a dedicate data source for chatbots. Creating dashboards for chatbots that use guided user interaction (i.e. limited options for the user) is simple enough, just using counters is enough. For chatbots that uses Knowledge Bases is a little more complicated.
There is an option to export the chat history to a database straight from the chat commands that use KBs, but since the database created cannot be used as a data source for the RPA Dashboard, the clients are limited to using external dashboarding solutions with the database provided by IBM RPA itself.
There should be a way to export the chat history from bots using Knowledge Bases to a specific data source for chatbots that can later be leveraged to create an IBM RPA Dashboard.
