Create a Value Type variable using file assignment as in Automation Anywhere

When we have multiple bots with parameters and configurations, it is very useful to have config files that contain variables and parameters that we need to update during the development or after the deployment. This helps you to have a scalable configuration, even when you need to run 1 bot in one than 1 machine at the same time.

If we only use local variables or parameters in the Web Client, the bot maintenance and configuration could be complex. For example, in the Web Client, you can't know which parameter belongs to which bot.
